Initially it was running from the 2GB Pi 4B, but due to lag issues it was moved to an old laptop on 9 April 2020, and the map from the Pi wasn't transferred over. Due to power supply issues with the laptop it was moved back to the Pi, and the map from the laptop was also moved over. By 10 April 2020 the server was running on the Pi with the current map. | |||

After great deliberation, the first Space Hippie Minecraft Server went offline in May 2023. Perhaps one day, we'll start a new one!
Space Hippie runs a vanilla Minecraft survival server! The server is whitelisted, so only members can access it. To access it, simply add spacehippie.ca:25565 to your Minecraft server list.
Also, as of 18 November 2020, the Minecraft server is now automatically backed up to an external disk each day at 03:00 local time.
